If your heels aren't a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn heels back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
